When the dreams come true...

I'll share with you a good news in this blog post!In fact, this is one of many that happened to me so far in my life and I know that in the future many waiting for me ...

Our leaders have announced a competition at last October in our the "Success Team" where I won the first place.

A sightseeing flight was the reward, which I have a fancy name: (Happy New Year - Flying).
We flew with a Cesna 150 'bird maschine' on December 30 and we said 'goodbye' to 2016 year....
I recommend it highly to those people, who have not tried it!
It's fantastic experience!

I have described this basis guidelines.

If you have dreams and goals that you want to achieve, it is up to you!

It was a goal at the beginning of the race to be first...
I decided to go through with it and prove myself to succeed....
I strongly believe it, of course sometimes there were ups and downs ... "another job again ... I will begin it tomorrow ... etc." but one thing I had in mind and it was none other than my goal! 

Many people give up before (this is true for anything), before they arrive at the 'finish'. They look for excuses (I do not have time for it; I'm tired; next time; would not succeed..., my parents/ acquaintances/ friends are considered hopeless, etc.).

Quickly forget it!

While you manufacture excuses and do not believe in yourself, that you manage to reach what you want, It will not be...!

Anything you can get what you want, only you need to believe in it strongly!
Do not let that affect their ...!
Hang in addition to your decision, until you reach what you want!
Trust me! Will succeed!
Of course, you have to work for it....

Promotion period from 1st October 2016 – 30th September 2020.

Europe – DXN Car Incentive Program

1.  Qualification Criteria

Note:

1.1  One must complete 3 consecutive month requirement as above to

entitle for the car incentive.

1.2  Immediately a member has qualified as above, he/she will receive € 150

for that month.

1.3  This qualification status continues as long as the qualified member meets

the below Maintenance Criteria in subsequent months.

2.  Mainenance Criteria

Note:

2.1  To continue getting car incentive for 36 months, one must maintain as the Maintenance Criteria above.

2.2  The qualified car incentive will be calculated based on PGPV each month x 5%.

Example: 2.500 PGPV x 5% = € 125

However the maximum payout for each month is € 500.

2.3  Company will pay the car incentive for 36 consecutive months with conditions (the member must maintained as per the Maintenance Criteria) during the promotion period.

2.4  If any of the above 3 criteria does not meet in any month, member will be disqualified for the car incentive.

2.5  To re-qualify for the car incentive, one has to meet the same

Qualification Criteria (repeat the 3 consecutive months as above)

for qualification.

3. Promotion Period

3.1  36-month period will start from the following month once one has entitled to 1st car incentive. Eg: In December 2016, member A has entitled to EUR150, hence the 36-month period will start counting from January 2017 to December 2019.

3.2  The promotion period is set from 1st October 2016 – 30th September 2020. After this period, this Car Incentive Program will end completely. Means there will NOT be any car incentive after the said period even though the member has not reached/completed their 36-month qualification period.
